CONTACT ROUTES

Three legal contact routes

Legal questions need a traceable route, not a crowded chat thread. Use the channel that matches your concern so we can link your request to the right account record, payment reference or…

Legal email Use this route for account-term queries, privacy requests, cookie objections, payment-record corrections and notices from your counsel. Include your account email, registered mobile number and the exact record you want us to check.
Account support When a legal issue is tied to a locked login, KYC hold or withdrawal verification, our account desk can connect the case to your wallet history and pass it to the legal queue.
Postal notice If you send a formal notice, mention 4ddig.co, your account email and the legal basis for the request. We log the date received and reply through the contact detail you provide.
DATA CARE

Six ways we handle legal requests

A legal request is handled by checking identity first, then the account record, then the rule that applies to the request.

Data minimisation

We ask for only the fields needed to verify your account or process your legal request. If a document is not relevant to the case, we will not ask you to upload it.

Cookie control

Cookie settings cover login memory, fraud checks, analytics and preference storage. You can change browser settings at any time, though some account and security checks may need essential cookies to work.

Account security

Legal access requests are checked against your registered email, mobile number, device pattern and recent wallet activity. We may ask for extra verification before sharing or changing account records.

Retention rules

We keep account, KYC, payment and support records only for operational, dispute, tax and legal periods that apply to the record type. After that period, records are deleted or made non-identifying.

Correction requests

If your name, mobile number, email, address or payment reference is wrong, send the correct detail with proof. We record the change date so future checks do not repeat the same error.

Processor access

Payment processors, KYC vendors and game studios may receive limited fields when needed to complete verification, settle a transaction or answer a lawful request. We do not share extra account history without a reason.

Legal questions before you join

These answers explain how our legal terms work before and after you create an account. They focus on eligibility, data records, payment references, cookies and contact rights. If your question is tied to a state rule, a disputed transaction or a legal notice, contact us with the exact account details so we can check the relevant record.

Account access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. We may ask you for location, age, mobile and KYC proof before account activity continues, especially when a payment or withdrawal check is pending.

We collect account details, device records, login events, payment references, KYC files and support messages when they are needed for contract, safety, dispute, tax or lawful-request handling. We avoid collecting fields that have no clear purpose.

Send the wrong field, the correct value and proof that supports the change. For payment references, include the UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or Google Pay transaction ID so our wallet team can match it accurately.

UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and Google Pay records are used to match deposits, verify withdrawals, handle disputes and meet record-keeping duties. We do not use payment references for unrelated profiling outside account and legal needs.

Yes, you can ask us to delete eligible account data. Some records may need to stay for dispute, tax, fraud-control or lawful-request periods before removal is possible, and we will explain what remains and why.

Cookie choices are handled through your browser settings and our account systems where available. Essential cookies may remain for login, fraud checks and session security, while analytics or preference cookies can usually be changed.

We log the received date, verify the sender, link the notice to the relevant account or payment record, and route it to the right internal team. Replies are sent through the contact route provided in the notice.
